Mechanics is an art. This is why, in 1963, Antonio Pialorsi chose to devote his life to the study and realization of mechanical tools and moulds for die-casting aluminium.

In 1993 he entrusted the company to his son Orlando, who started a path of investments and development of technologies, of team training and selection of raw materials. Thanks to his strong inclination to innovation, Pialorsi Stampi has now cutting-edge and state-of-the-art machines. They have been replaced in the last 6 years with the aim to guarantee reliable and high-quality solutions in complete safety.

CAD/CAM software and CNC machines start to be used.
HIS SON ORLANDO BECOMES ADMINISTRATOR OF THE COMPANY
Antonio decides to entrust the management of Pialorsi Stampi to his son Orlando, who, after a long experience in the production department, changes the company by increasing the technology.

ISO:9001 CERTIFICATION
Pialorsi Stampi is certificated ISO:9001, aimed to a constant and non-stop improvement of the company with the goal to optimize the organisational structure.
EXTENSION OF THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
Pialorsi Stampi, thanks to its development, moves to a new bigger site, more suitable for new and bigger machines.

FIRST CNC 5 AXIS MACHINE WITH CAM SOFTWARE
The first CNC 5 axis machine handled by CAM software is bought.
PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AND HEAT PUMPS
Pialorsi Stampi cares about the environment: it installed a photovoltaic system to power most of its production, and heats pumps that cool down and heat up the production departments.

ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT
Following the growth of the company from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, Pialorsi Stampi decided to separate the assembly department from the production area. This choice has been made to improve the organization of the activities and to increase the spaces.
THIRD GENERATION
Strengthened by the onward growth and by the entry of the third generation into the company, Pialorsi Stampi enters the market with reliable and leading-edge solutions. In this way we are able to respond the demands of both our new customers, and the ones who have been renewing their trust in Pialorsi Stampi for 60 years.

ELECTRO-DIRCHARHE DEPARTMENT
Despite the uncertain period during Covid-19, Pialorsi Stampi has never stopped. In the face of new investments in state-of-the-art machines, the company decided to separate the electro-discharge department for a better organisation.
EXPANSION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM
Thanks to the Recovery Funds allocated by Regione Lombardia, Pialorsi Stampi expands its photovoltaic system with the aim to cover the majority of its production.
